6 Ways to Develop Your Intuition
How intuitive are you? Do you just rely on logic or do you follow your gut? When you feel strongly about something without logical basis to it, it's called intuition. Some say only a few people are gifted with intuition, but the truth is that anyone can develop intuition.
Why the need to develop intuition, you ask? First of all, intuition promotes good communication. It makes you more sensitive to the people around you. It often keeps you from hurting those you love because you are intuitive enough to understand them. Intuition also has a healing power. This healing power is not in the physical sense, but in delving deep into your soul to eradicate negative energy buried in it.
If you ready to develop your intuition, here are six ways to unlock this gift:
1) Trust your first impressions.
When you see someone for the first time and think that he is a bit too arrogant for your taste, chances are that impression actually is correct. Most of the time, first impressions are brought by intuition.
2) Just let go.
If you are faced with a major decision, let go of all the inhibitions and head to a quiet place where you can find out where the letting go has brought you. Sometimes you just have to listen to the voice within you, and that voice can't speak to you unless you let go.
3) Never expect.
After letting go of the inhibitions and all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect an answer right away, or that the "hunch" will come to you immediately. Give it some time.
4) Stay positive!
A worry-free, fear-free state can do so much to improve your intuitive ability. By staying positive, you attract positive energy that will be able to easily recognize imminent feelings and events.
5) Be happy!
Happiness attracts immense power, and such power includes intuition. In tapping your intuition, your motivation must be happiness and contentment. In that emotional state, intuition comes to you more easily.
6) Meditate
Meditating means finding peace in yourself. If your mind and heart are cluttered with too much baggage and pain, you won't be able to reach that part of you that can eventually initiate intuition. There are so many ways to meditate. All of them work iff you practice them.
Intuition is helpful, because sometimes it leads you to knowledge that cannot be attained otherwise. Decisions are made more easily if informed by this gift. Develop intuition now and reap benefits you never imagined.

Tantric Relationship: A Divine Union of Sacred Partnership
Tantra teacher Luminessa Enjara explains how embracing a Tantric relationship will enable your life to become a sacred partnership with all things.
"Sharing the Divine Union with a partner can be as easy as energy flowing on the path of least resistance, and it is immensely entertaining. But make no mistake, it can also be the hardest thing you ever had to face! It all depends on who the lovers are, and what consciousness and intention each brings to the moment of Divine Union". (Lokita Carter, Institute of Ecstatic Living).
A Tantric relationship is one where there is a divine union and perfect balance of the masculine and feminine energies within your self and with your partner. Energy is represented by the female divine power, Shakti and Consciousness is represented by the male divine power, Shiva. The dance between Shiva and Shakti never ends, there is a constant flowing of this energy from one to the other, a giving and a receiving of this energy. In the ancient myth of India, the marriage of Shiva and Shakti is considered to be Divine Union, a fundamental concept of Tantra. Read more

Tantra: The Art of Sexual Healing
Evalena Rose tells how, at a time when she was feeling so little pleasure from sex that she didn't care if she ever made love again, a Tantra workshop led to her sexual healing.
... Tantra opens and activates the chakras and, by moving sexual energy through them, brings up whatever blocks true passion. My workshop leaders and dakinis (assistants who come to support sexual healing) created a sacred temple in which I felt safe to explore the pain of being sexually violated as a child, breathing through it to the pleasure beneath. In the exercises I could explode in rage, shake out the blocks, and reclaim a body ravaged by incest and years of reenactment through casual sex. It was amazing to be so accepted with all of my pain, respected and supported for my deep commitment to heal. Read more

Delay Ejaculation by Controlling Your Breathing
If you want to last longer in bed, one of the easiest ways is to simply learn how to breathe correctly. As you come near orgasm, your breathing usually gets faster and your heart rate increases. During sexual arousal, your rate of breathing increases from a resting rate to 35-40 breaths per minute. During orgasm, it may increase to over 50 breaths per minute.
Of all the physiological changes that take place in sexual intercourse, breathing is the only one that can be voluntarily controlled. This leads to the obvious conclusion that breathing more slowly will slow your heart rate and make it easier to delay ejaculation. If you learn the simple techniques below, you will last longer and enjoy a more satisfying sexual experience.
During intercourse, here is what you need to do:
1) Take a long, deep inhale, wait a few seconds, and exhale slowly.
2) Maintain slow, rhythmic, controlled breathing when you do so.
3) When you feel you are coming close to orgasm, your breathing will become faster as your excitement mounts. Pay attention and try to concentrate on doing the following:
Concentrate on long, slow breaths. To do this, inhale, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly. As your breathing slows, your body will become more relaxed. Orgasms always feature fast breaths, so it's obvious that slower breathing helps you last longer in bed. You simply fool your body into thinking that it is not time for the process to be completed.
Another trick to slow your breathing is to not use your mouth to inhale. Instead, breathe slowly through your nose. Nose breathing means slower breaths simply because the nostrils are smaller than your mouth. Concentrate on breathing slowly when you get near orgasm. Keep your mouth closed at this time. Don't force yout breathing. Keep it slow and rhythmic.
When you want to delay orgasm, do the following:
1) Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose.
2) Inhale deeply, hold, and then slowly exhale. Concentrate on your breathing.
3) If you feel you have to stop and pause to delay ejaculation, keep the slow nose breathing going during the break
Controlling your breathing is vital for better sex. Breathing correctly can not only help you last longer in bed, but it can also enhance the sexual experience. Try synchronizing your breathing with that of your partner. This creates a feeling of deep connection and can lead to incredible orgasms!
When personal Tantra instruction is either inconvenient or too expensive, Al Link and Pala Copeland's Sexual Mastery Course and Kerry and Diane Riley's Ultimate Home Tantra Course are two excellent self-teaching courses. I highly recommend either of these courses for those who can't find a local Tantra teacher, attend a Tantra workshop, or just want to explore Tantra in the privacy of their own home.
