A 2006 study found that orgasm achieved through intercourse is 400% greater for both men and women when compared with masturbation.
A 2006 study found that the increase of prolactin is 400% greater for both men and women following orgasm achieved through intercourse, when compared with solitary masturbation.
Why is this significant? The increase of prolactin after orgasm contributes to a reduction of sexual arousal, along with feelings of relief and a greater drop in sexual tension. The researchers suggested that factors such as more excitement during intercourse might contribute to the greater amounts of prolactin after orgasm. Do the Five Tibetans for a Long Life

The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old, which were first publicized by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication entitled The Eye of Revelation. Sarka-Jonae Miller explains how to do them.
