Yantra, the art of geometric shapes of sacred proportions, has long been known by yogis and mystics to induce profound meditation states. Focusing on a mandala is a simple, effective way of quieting thoughts and clearing your mind. This article gives a brief technique for mandala meditation.
Mandala literally means circle. Circles are meant as the powerful symbols in every religion and culture. Mandals are the sacred circles which are been used as facilatators in meditation and healing in several religions.

If you deeply observe the nature and working, you can relate much to this sacred circle: Mandala. Mandala can be seen everywhere in the nature. For example: galaxies, planets, moon, sun, even individual cells- all represent the mandala. Every mandala represents or symbolizes an aspect of the nature and the spirit.
