I ask a lot of questions in a session, but I also listen. One thing I inquire about is if the person has experienced the rise of kundalini energy or of their sexual energy or fire energy, or if their orgasms are only felt in the fire chakra or sex region. Most people state that they experience an orgasm only in their sex region.
If an orgasm is only felt in the pelvis the biology behind that is the rest of the body isn’t engaged or stimulated. There is a lack of response in the rest of the body as it hasn’t been touched and the overall energy level in the body is low. Yes, stimulating the sex organs alone will produce an orgasm, but it will remain in the sex organs and not be a full body orgasm. Read more

Tantric Practice Beyond Sexual Techniques
The point of Tantric practice lies beyond sexual techniques, says Tantra teacher Lokita Carter.
Remember how everything is brighter when you first fall in love? Have you ever felt the special feeling of oneness during or after lovemaking? You are fully connected with your partner on the physical, emotional and spiritual plane. Nothing matters but the two of you, almost floating in the air with satisfaction and closeness. All worries and doubts have disappeared, and you are completely relaxed. Your body tingles with delight, and your heart is beating joyously and with love. You disappear into the eyes of your partner and everything you do, look at and touch suddenly has a special glow. Read more

The Real Reason Your Man Climaxes Too Quickly
As the dynamics of your relationship change, the speed at which your man climaxes does, too.
We’ve heard some women state that they believe men who orgasm quickly are having lots of sex. How backwards is that? It’s actually just the opposite. One reason a man climaxes too quickly is because he’s excited, usually about a new sexual conquest.
Like women love new shoes, we love new sexual experiences. Don’t get us wrong: we love old sexual experiences, too, especially if it’s been a long time since our last visit. When you finally let us past the pearly gates, we have spent so much energy on the chase that once we arrive, the energy built up has to dispense and out it goes like a bomb. Read more

Egyptian Sexual Energy and the Orgasm
To orgasm or not to orgasm, that is the question, says Angela Harmon.
When it comes to Tantra and the concept of using sexual energy and love-making as a path to God or the Divine, there has long been conflicting opinions as to the role of orgasms in achieving these higher states of consciousness. Many insist that the man can only attain union with the Divine if he abstains from orgasms and retains his seed. Then there are those who believe that even orgasm in women leads to changes in bio-chemistry that can cause disconnection later on. Apparently the Egyptians believed otherwise, see article below. I think that they were right in many ways; in my experience it does not matter as much whether to orgasm or not, but what we do with the energy that gets awakened before, during, and after orgasm, whether we allow it to dissipate leaving us empty or whether we know how to guide it in ways that will feed our spirit. This is true not just for orgasm, but for any state of sexual arousal. That is why I alway suggest that people focus on the making of love rather than having sex. If love is the focus and intent, you don’t need any special technique and you really don’t need to know about chakras or anything esoteric. Let the beauty and pleasure of sexual energy ignite and open your love channel, that of personal love for your partner, but also that of Divine Love and you will be on the right path. Read more

Tantric Sex: The Ultimate Workout?
What is the ultimate workout? John Romano says it's Tantric sex!
The old adage- "all sex is good, but some is better than others"- is a bunch of hooey. After all, if every day is a good day, how do you know a good one from a bad one? For some "great sex" is a rarity or something they've only read about. Others think they have great sex all the time. For still others, "great sex" is an oxymoron, a contradiction in terms. There is such a thing as bad sex. Just ask a teenage girl fresh out of the back seat of a dirty old car after 3-1/2 minutes of wham-bam-thank-you-mam-style high school affection. Read more

8 Kama Sutra Thrusting Techniques
In a typical sex session, nine out of ten men thrust in the conventional way: in-out-in-out-in-out at the same speed, same depth, same hip motion until ejaculation. That isn't the only way to do it. however. The Kama Sutra is best known for its exotic sex positions, but it also describes eight different thrusting techniques that a couple can choose from. Although the man is the one performing all of the techniques, a couple of them require the woman to position herself in a certain way.
