The Yin-Yang of Love
Tantra has its roots in the religions of India and has long been practiced in other Eastern countries, including China, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Here, we tend to associate Tantra with the sexual staying power of men (thank you, Sting!), but the practice isn’t simply about being better in bed.

Tantra teaches that lovemaking between a man and woman, when entered into with awareness, is a gateway to both sexual and spiritual ecstasy.

Hi Jen,
I think initimacy and sexual enjoyment also comes to a man, by looking at his partner as a sexual entity, rather than in a very possessive way. A bit of sexual freedom on both sides can be wonderfully exciting to the couple, and builds joy too!

It could be exciting if neither partner becomes jealous - often easier said than done.
true, but I mean not necessary have sex with others, but feel comfortable about the spouse's beauty or sexuality!
