Tantric Massage Step-by-Step
Many people are interested in receiving or giving a Tantric massage. The difference between therapeutic massage and Tantric massage is that Tantric massage is not only about healing, but also about sensuality and pleasure.
Tantric Massage is a ritual of receiving sensual kundalini (sexual) energy. In this ritual, you are given time to explore your body without goals. Tantric massage adds energy healing and tantric coaching to the ecstasy of receiving a nurturing and awakening sensual massage. It creates an environment in which you can release stress and feel more alive in your body while staying fully present to your sexual energy.
A Tantric massage is often the first step in learning to be a sexual being without going into fantasy or trancing out. It teaches you how to truly feel your body as it is being touched and aroused sexually, to be in the present moment, aroused and alive. Read more

Making Love without Intercourse
There are many sexual options that don’t include penetration. These options can be so pleasurable that everybody should add more penetration-free erotic play into their lovemaking.
Kissing, cuddling and touching are an important part of lovemaking and couples that run their lives in this way use every opportunity to share such affection.
The slightest touch or pat can be worth a thousand words and a hug at just the right time makes words redundant. Sometimes these little intimacies simply say, "I love you", yet on other occasions it is clear they are preludes to some sort of sexual activity. The couple in tune with each other know without saying, which is which, and use such teasing, even perhaps to some level of arousal, as a sort of work-up to intercourse later. Read more

Tantric Pelvic Bouncing for Better Orgasms
Some Tantric exercises are quick, simple, and require no previous training. Tantric pelvic bouncing will tone your buttocks and enhance your orgasm. It's extremely easy to do, and the resulting surge of energy you will feel after a session of pelvic bouncing will make you ready for lovemaking.
To begin a session, lie on your back with knees bent and your feet flat on the bed or floor about hips-width apart. Have your arms by your sides with your palms facing upwards. Breathe deeply for a few minutes to help release tension.
Lengthen your neck and relax your jaw and shoulders. Keep your neck relaxed as you press your heels down onto your bed or floor, clench your buttocks, and raise your hips. Begin to bounce your pelvis up and down. You can either do this rhythmically, or you can experiment with different speeds.
Try to bounce continuously for one minute, rest and breathe deeply for 30 seconds, and then bounce for another minute. Try two sets of bouncing to begin with, working up to five sets at least every other day.
When bouncing, you are, in effect, charging your entire body with energy. When you stop, the energy will start to move upward. It may make it easier if you imagine the energy as a silver or gold light moving up to the top of your head and then tracing a line down the front of your body to settle in your navel.
Tantric pelvic bouncing is an incredibly simple, but effective, exercise that can boost your libido and help you and your partner share your sexual energy.

Tantric and Taoist Sexuality: What's the Difference?
Ask About Love And Sex blog answers a question that many people have probably asked: "What is the difference between Tantric and Taoist Sexuality?"
Tantra originated in India and Taoist sexuality is from China; both go back thousands of years. Sex Chakra Yoga for Wealth, Relationships, and Sex
The sex chakra is where all your creative energy perches. After a full sexual experience, men lose motivation and drive whereas women gain energy. This is due to the giving of second chakra energy from the man to the woman. If you have trouble keeping your promises, if you have trouble making money or keeping appointments, if you have trouble reproducing habits, services, commitments, products, and babies, then this is the physical method of healing the sex chakra and, thus, your life. Sexual Healing: The Female Deer Exercise
The Female Deer Exercise is the best known women's exercise from Taoist Chi Kung. It cultivates sexual energy, improves physical vitality and mental alertness, improves sexual enjoyment, and reduces or eliminates many common women's ailments. It is simple to perform, takes only a few minutes, and is very pleasurable.
There are two steps to the exercise: 1) a breast massage and 2) a pelvic contraction called "holding firm," which is similar to a kegel exercise.
The Female Deer Exercise
Sit naked on a flat surface with your legs stretched out before you. Bend one leg and place the heel at the entrance of your vagina so that it presses firmly against your clitoris. If this is not comfortable, then place a hard ball there instead. The pressure should be consistently firm.

Traditional Tantra and Neo-Tantra
At Traditional Yoga Studies traditional Tantra is compared with so-called neo-Tantra. Though I don't think the distinction is quite as clear it's made out to be, the article tries to differentiate between the two:
If you have had a taste and would like to know more about traditional Tantra, read the full article.
Tantra, or Tantrism, is the broad term by which Western students of India’s spirituality designate a particular type of teaching within Hinduism and Buddhism. What that teaching is cannot be readily summarized, because Tantrism comprises a very wide spectrum of beliefs and practices. However, to proffer a simplified description, we can say that most schools of Tantrism include the following features:Eleven features of traditional Tantra are listed. The discussion then turns to neo-Tantra:
Neo-Tantrism, by now a stable feature of the New Age movement, is a popularization of Tantric teachings. In many cases, the teachers of this new-wave Tantrism appear not to have had the benefit of proper initiation by a competent Tantric guru; nor have they, generally speaking, studied the Tantric scriptures in sufficient depth to have a clear understanding of the extraordinary heritage they purport to represent. The danger of misunderstanding and vulgarization is obvious when we scan the popular literature. Why is misunderstanding and vulgarization a danger exactly? Every field has amateurs and professionals, dilettantes and experts. Why should Tantra be different? What is wrong with sharing knowledge with interested people even if they are not and may never be interested in making a full commitment to practicing traditional Tantra? That is exactly where most of the next generation of Tantric practitioners will come from - from those who got a taste of Tantra and wanted more.

What Is White Tantra?
Tantra is generally divided into two main streams: Red Tantra and White Tantra. Red Tantra or Tantra of the Left Hand (Vama Marga) involves the use of practices that were considered taboo, such as the ritual of sexual union (maithuna), as a means of attaining liberation. Red Tantra uses sexual union as means for going beyond into transcendent states of consciousness.
White Tantra or Tantra of the Right Hand (Dakshina Marga) involves the meditative techniques of Tantra and is essentially a celibate, ascetic path.
White Tantra or Tantra of the Right Hand (Dakshina Marga) involves the meditative techniques of Tantra and is essentially a celibate, ascetic path.
White Tantra is a timeless synthesis of two ideals: union with the Divine and perfect health of mind and body. The genius of the ancient Indian mystics has left us a rich legacy of knowledge, based upon the power of sound, which puts man’s quest for enlightenment and for health, happiness and prosperity in perfect balance. This secret knowledge, passed down in an ancient oral tradition for thousands of years, is an authentic spiritual art perfectly preserved for todays world.
[...]
There are no authentic books or scriptures on White Tantra available anywhere. In ancient times Tantric seers kept this science highly secret. Their secrecy was not simply to prevent people from learning Tantric techniques so that they could maintain a monopoly on the knowledge, but also to protect innocent people from the volatile potential of powers that could be unleashed through incorrect practice.
