Here is one of the most important secrets you will ever learn that will help you discover how to Make Love for as Long as You Choose and stop premature ejaculation.

Sexually, men face two major difficulties throughout their lives. The first is, as a young, virile teenager, being able to last long enough to satisfy a woman, or even satisfy yourself. You may have heard of female ejaculation, or you may not even know what it is, as many people do not. Female ejaculation is not only very real, it is something that ALL women can achieve. It is a very basic female sexual response that has remained a mystery until recently. Female ejaculation should not be confused with urination although it may feel very similar when highly aroused. How many of you have been so turned on during sex that you found the sudden, inexplicable urge to urinate? Thinking that you are about to pee, you have restrained yourself and held back the sensation, thus depriving yourself of an ejaculation of fluid that goes along with an intense orgasm.

How to Achieve Male Multiple Orgasm

Most people are aware that women are capable of having multiple orgasms, but far fewer seem to know that it’s possible for men to have them as well. The principle behind this is that ejaculation and orgasm are not the same thing. There is a difference between the pleasurable sensations of the orgasm and the physical event of ejaculation. The Yoga of Sex Muscles

The pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the tail bone forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. Kegel exercises are a set of exercises designed to strengthen and give voluntary control over the PC muscles. A healthy and robust PC muscle provides many benefits. Tantra teacher Suzie Heumann explains how to do PC muscle exercises the right way.
Today's PC muscle exercises, or Kegel exercises, are not the ones your mother might have done. Oh no, they've been upgraded a whole lot so it's surprising that they aren't considered one of the "yogas". The truth is that they are a type of yoga. Mindfulness, along with these physical exercises, was taught by many ancient traditions for both men and women.

Dashing off a couple of squeezes here and there is not what I'm talking about. Learning and practicing the correct way to do Kegel exercises isn't hard but it is important to do them right for the desired physical benefits. Read more
