Swami Vivekananda Saraswati: Agama Yoga Tantra Workshop

Agama Yoga, led by Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, hosts several of its Tantra 1 and 2 seminars each year. The esoteric Tantra 1 teachings are presented in a coherent, step-by-step approach, well adapted to the Western mentality without losing their original mystique and richness.

You may probably delete my comment, yet truth must be said:

Truth cannot be realised through Tantra and lovemaking.

This Vivekananda Saraswati may be imitating Swami Vivekananda of the Congress of Religions 1893 Chicago fame, who was also a hypocrite.

Today, India is full of hypocrite monks like Kalki Bhagavan, Puttaparti Sai Baba, Kalki Bhagavan, Nityananda, et al.

If you study the Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda, you can know that there is great distance between preaching and practising. The Complete Works are ubiquitous on the Net.

But the great Swami Vivekananda himself sanitized hinduism to make it palatable to the western mind, and british dominance at the time.

In fact, he never admitted to Ramakrishna Paramahamsa's methods and approaches, of touching, closeness, and tantra. Not that sex takes you to enlightenment, not as a pleasure at least, but yes, even in Shiva Sutras, the Lord himself discusses this.

Vivekananda is a great swami, but he had his faults as well. He drank, he smoked, and more importantly, his early experience with western mind and philosophy contaminated a bit the true spirit of yoga.

Yoga is not about purity and impurity alone, or about making a country great... I might not have experienced a dust of Vivekananda's achievement, but I can certainly feel (as I am sure he know, but did not want to say -- or would shock conservative society), yoga is to see all and be all evenly...

Vivekananda must have seen the pure babas and experienced Buddha's energy. Yet he knew: first feed, then spirit. Now, India is being fed, it is time to see the other truths, without the need for cleansing...

The reality of Complete Works is a western mind written view of Indian Vedanta. It is great inspiration for anyone, but handle it with care. We have been educated with a western mind. Not the vedic mind.

In Vedas, experiencing the various exalted states, bowing to the master, and even processing through all the chakras are all sacred. In fact, even a fake master that produces true inspiration is considered sacred.

All is sacred... Yet, obviously, the hipocrisy is not. Hipocrisy can be having sex for the pleasure of it, or feeling mentally great after reading Vivekananda because it fits our mind's western understanding.

Vivekananda exorts you to bow to masters, true or fake, until you find the state of paramahamsa. No matter the means, no matter the difficulty of the path...
