A Tantra Partner Exercise

This exercise, led by Luba Evans (Saraswati), is a great example of two people being guided beautifully to breathe and tone together and comfort and support each other. The video begins with the partners just completing toning out each chakra. Even just leaning your head back on another person's shoulder while standing back to back, which you will see in the video, is incredibly healing and comforting.
