The first thing to do, is remember to breathe.
"When you change your breathing by simply breathing in and out through the nose, you turn on the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates an all over feeling of ease and relaxation automatically. You've just shifted out of fight or flight and into a more relaxed state. Blood pressure drops as well. Breathe with intent to feel.
