Are you frustrated with sex that always finishes too soon? If you are, it is nothing to feel ashamed about. There are many more men just like you, disappointed about not being able to satisfy their sexual partners in bed. It is a biological fact that women need more time for arousal in order to have an orgasm during sexual intercourse. Ten to fifteen minutes is common for many women. That means you need the ability to last at least that long in order for your partner to be sexually satisfied. In order to achieve that kind of ejaculatory control, try using these four techniques that help you last longer during sex.
Tantra teaches that lovemaking between a man and woman, when entered into with awareness, is a gateway to both sexual and spiritual ecstasy.

According to studies, around 70 percent of women do not reach an orgasm during intercourse. Why? Another reason is that he ejaculates before she has time to to reach climax. Two Tantric techniques for ejaculatory control will allow you to last long enough for her to climax. Use masturbation to practice these exercises before trying them with your partner. It will take most men several sessions to master each one. Yoga for Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is completely a natural occurrence. Most men suffer from the problem at some point. However, premature ejaculation can limit a man's practice of Tantric sex, which involves sustaining lovemaking long enough to build sexual energy to a high level. Desensitizing creams and methods defeat the entire purpose of Tantric sex, which is to enjoy the pleasurable sensations of lovemaking. Yoga is a natural way to develop the body's ability to control ejaculation. The sex yoga poses in this routine can tone your urogenital area, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and stimulate your prostate gland.

The Tantric Ejaculation Control Technique
Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice, which teaches its practitioners to enjoy the various positive energies which life has to offer, including sexual energy. To enjoy these energies to their fullest, followers of Tantra attempt to delay their sexual climax in order to build up their sexual energy. These practices result in not only longer lovemaking sessions, but also more powerful orgasms upon climax.

Delay Ejaculation by Controlling Your Breathing
If you want to last longer in bed, one of the easiest ways is to simply learn how to breathe correctly. As you come near orgasm, your breathing usually gets faster and your heart rate increases. During sexual arousal, your rate of breathing increases from a resting rate to 35-40 breaths per minute. During orgasm, it may increase to over 50 breaths per minute.
Of all the physiological changes that take place in sexual intercourse, breathing is the only one that can be voluntarily controlled. This leads to the obvious conclusion that breathing more slowly will slow your heart rate and make it easier to delay ejaculation. If you learn the simple techniques below, you will last longer and enjoy a more satisfying sexual experience.
During intercourse, here is what you need to do:
1) Take a long, deep inhale, wait a few seconds, and exhale slowly.
2) Maintain slow, rhythmic, controlled breathing when you do so.
3) When you feel you are coming close to orgasm, your breathing will become faster as your excitement mounts. Pay attention and try to concentrate on doing the following:
Concentrate on long, slow breaths. To do this, inhale, hold for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly. As your breathing slows, your body will become more relaxed. Orgasms always feature fast breaths, so it's obvious that slower breathing helps you last longer in bed. You simply fool your body into thinking that it is not time for the process to be completed.
Another trick to slow your breathing is to not use your mouth to inhale. Instead, breathe slowly through your nose. Nose breathing means slower breaths simply because the nostrils are smaller than your mouth. Concentrate on breathing slowly when you get near orgasm. Keep your mouth closed at this time. Don't force yout breathing. Keep it slow and rhythmic.
When you want to delay orgasm, do the following:
1) Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose.
2) Inhale deeply, hold, and then slowly exhale. Concentrate on your breathing.
3) If you feel you have to stop and pause to delay ejaculation, keep the slow nose breathing going during the break
Controlling your breathing is vital for better sex. Breathing correctly can not only help you last longer in bed, but it can also enhance the sexual experience. Try synchronizing your breathing with that of your partner. This creates a feeling of deep connection and can lead to incredible orgasms!

Two Sex Positions for Ejaculatory Control
Tantric sex includes ejaculation control. This is an essential skill to master so that during lovemaking, instead of ejaculating at the first peak of energy which a lot of men do, they can learn instead to peak with that energy and use techniques to spread that energy throughout the entire body. Svetlana Ivanova says two sex positions make ejaculatory control easier.
Premature ejaculation is a condition in which a man ejaculates earlier than he or his partner would like him to. There are numerous reasons why a man ejaculates too quickly. Some are stress-related, some are mental, and some can be physical. When there is to much friction, or continual thrusting, or a great deal of mutual movement, a man’s ejaculation can be too quick, for both partners. To delay premature ejaculation, a man needs to avoid some sexual positions completely. Furthermore, there are two sex position that can be used that are guaranteed to avoid premature ejaculation.
